Are you ready to join one of the premier basketball programs in Austin? Austin Elite Basketball is looking for talented players ages 14-17 to fill three teams of 9-11 players per age group. This is your chance to show us what you’ve got and take your game to the next level!

Athletes are welcome to attend all of the tryouts.
They are Free.

How Austin Elite Tryouts Work
Before Tryouts
- Sign Up: Fill out the tryout form linked here or simply show up at one of our scheduled tryout events.
- Check-In: When you arrive, you’ll receive a numbered jersey for the tryout session.
- Registration Confirmation: Make sure the event coordinator has your name and your assigned number before heading to the court.
During Tryouts
Here’s what you can expect during the 2-hour session:
- Warm-Up: Get loose and ready to perform with a dynamic warm-up session led by our coaching staff.
- Skills Stations: Showcase your abilities in key basketball fundamentals like shooting, ball-handling, passing, and defense.
- Scrimmaging: Put your skills into action during competitive team play, where we assess teamwork, basketball IQ, and hustle.
- Cool Down: Wind down with guided exercises to ensure proper recovery.
- Coaches Talk: Wrap up the session with feedback and insights from our coaches about the tryout process and what it takes to make the team.
After Tryouts
Once all tryouts are complete in March, the coaching staff will evaluate each player’s performance. Results will be sent via email, letting you know if you’ve been selected to join one of our elite teams.
